PRIVATE COTTAGE RENTAL

VIEWINGS – Cottage viewings must be scheduled in advance. Please call to make arrangements to see the space.

BOOKING

  2. When you are ready to book, submit the online form below.
  3. If we can accommodate your event, an invoice will be emailed to you so that you may pay your deposit and secure your date. Once under contract, notice of cancellation must be made in writing by sending an email 30 days prior to reservation date for a full refund. See full contract cancellation policy for more details.
  4. Enjoy your party!

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit and received confirmation from Sip Tea Room.


TEA ROOM BUY OUT

Hosts with a maximum of 30 guests may reserve the main tea room for their private event (Reservations are limited to 1 hour and 45 minutes).  Cost is $1,500 (plus tax and service fee) and includes full Traditional Afternoon Tea Service. Call for details.
