Space usage with SIP food/beverage: Wednesday-Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm
Space usage without food/beverage: Monday-Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm

Seated Tables: 24 person maximum
Aisle Seating -or- Standing Reception: 35 person maximum

RATES
Weekends $140 hr
(minimum 2 hours = $280)
With prior approval, use of the space beyond the 2-hours may be granted at the rate of $140 per hour*

Weekdays $100 hr
(minimum 2 hours = $200)
With prior approval, use of the space beyond the 2-hours may be granted at the rate of $100 per hour*

*Additional hours are billed as a whole hour regardless of actual minutes used. Does not include the cost of food or beverage.

  2. If we are available to host your event, full details and set menu options will be provided via email.
  3. Once details are finalized, a private party contract is signed to secure your date and time. A deposit and credit card are required to book a private party. Once under deposit, notice of cancellation must be made in writing by sending an email 30 days prior to reservation date for a full refund. See full contract cancellation policy for more details.
