Every holiday season, Sip Tea Room is filled with festive decorations, holiday music, laughter and fun treats!

During your Holiday Afternoon Tea Experience, indulge on a prix fixe menu presented on a three-tier serving stand which includes:
glass of Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rosé -or- Martinelli’s sparkling cider, freshly baked scone, strawberry champagne preserves, lemon curd, SIP clotted cream, savory finger sandwiches, sausage -or- *veggie roll, festive salad, fresh fruit medley, special holiday dessert trio, and loose leaf tea. **Vegetarian menus must be requested when booking reservation**
Advance payment is required to secure your table and is nonrefundable. Price of $69 is for all age groups.
Early booking is recommended as seats sell out.

Bring the kiddos to meet Mrs. Claus! Join Mrs. Claus in SIP’s festively decorated tea room to enjoy a delicious feast, hot chocolate, fresh baked gingerbread men, and loads of fun while Mrs. Claus reads stories & sings songs. Bring your camera to capture delightful moments of your little one with Mrs. Claus as she strolls around the tea room, mingling with her young friends. Communal tables offer the perfect opportunity to connect with new friends. One day only! Seating is for 1 hour (5pm-6pm).

CHILD MENU: Kid friendly tea sandwiches (3 pieces), a freshly baked scone of the day, lemon curd, preserves, fresh fruit, tea cookie, served with a cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows.

ADULT MENU: Tea sandwiches (6 pieces), one scone, served w/ SIP clotted cream, preserves, lemon curd, shortbread fingers & a bottomless cup of tea.

Kick off the holiday season with a festive and heartwarming musical experience the whole family will enjoy! Join us for The Sounds of Charlie Brown Christmas, where pianist Larry Dunlap and bassist Ken Miller bring to life the timeless music of Vince Guaraldi's iconic “A Charlie Brown Christmas” . As they play, they’ll narrate the beloved story of Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the Peanuts gang, bringing the magic of the season to life.
SIP will be fully decorated for the season, creating the perfect atmosphere. There will also be classic carol sing-alongs following the show, so come ready to join in and spread some holiday cheer! This is a perfect event for families and adults alike, with a selection of cookies, hot chocolate, wine, and tea available for purchase should you need refreshments. Seats are very limited, so be sure to reserve yours early. This is the perfect way to start your holiday celebrations with friends and family!

ALLERGENS: Items may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, & milk. Make a note of any food allergies when making your reservation. We will do our best, however, we may not be able to accommodate all requests .
DAIRY: Oat milk may be requested as a milk substitution for your tea. Most of our desserts and scones do contain butter, cream and/or milk.
VEGETARIAN: You will find several vegetarian options on our menu. Indicate if you want only vegetarian items when making reservations.
GLUTEN-FREE: We do not serve gluten-free cuisine at this time.
VEGAN: We do not serve vegan cuisine at this time.
